Shipping, Refund & Return Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout, as we cannot be responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.
Shipping times vary depending on the carrier, but standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Refunds or replacements will only be considered if:
- Hair products arrive damaged (e.g., spilled during transit)
If your product is damaged, please contact us at sherrellaliciabeauty@gmail.com within 1 day of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days or a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.
